Tian Ten, the foreign emissary of the Sha Jin Empire, has arrived at last in Nemea. Last year he listened to our haikus and saw our banners, and we impressed him with our creativity and artistic abilities. We will get that same chance this year. But we will also try to show off... our more aggressive nature.

The swing of a sword or the firing of a bolt is not done so terribly different in the Sha Jin Empire. Tian Ten would like to see our magic, our taunts, and anything else we can do out of the ordinary.

2v2 Double Elimination Tournament
No attacks dealing ranged or melee damage updated: - exception.. magic touch allowed
No darts
No summoning
No limit to the number of teams per player

Open to heroes of Aberon and Caledonii - obviously you have to create your team in the Arena first.

There may or may not be a group stage, depending on the number of participants.

Under elimination, if there's a draw, the side with more team members still standing is deemed the winner.

The next criteria will be the amount of damage dealt. After that, discretion of the organiser.

With great commotion and compassion we all follow the events currently in Japan.

I know that these terrible events will have a heavy impact on the people's live in Japan and maybe in the whole world.

And you may wonder, why i address this subject in a game like WoD.

The WoD-team has prepared the Sha-Jin-Festival, an Asian themed event. And the question occurs, if we can perform such a festival in these days.

On the one hand, we want to respect the current events in Japan, where the people need all our compassion and help.

On the other hand, there is an Asian themed festival in a browser based game.

Since the WoD-Team has put so much effort in the preparation, i have decided to let the Sha-Jin festival be performed.

And to help the people in Japan, 50% of the money you spend here in WoD.net during the first week of the event (from Friday, March 18th until Thursday, March 25th) i will donate for help to the people of Japan. The money will go to the German Red Cross, which is an international acting help organization of excellent reputation.


If you want to give money directly for Japan, you'll surely find a honorable organization in your country. If you are unsure, I recommend International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (link).

I hope the very best currently possible for the people of Japan. And i hope, the we here in WoD.net can enjoy the Sha-Jin festival while having compassion for the people who need it most.
